Meet Kassie

Hello, I’m Kassie. I am a mom and a fitness enthusiast. I love outdoors and believe that life is meant to be lived in motion. In my free time I love to hike, read, run, or bike. I work in Public Health full time, but I also teach yoga, cycling and bootcamp classes in 2 local gyms here at Williamsburg. I believe that staying active doing whatever makes you happy is an important investment into our future selves. Yoga is a great lotion to all of my motion, and I am convinced anyone can do it. Yoga is an integral component of any physical training, especially dancing. It builds muscle strength and joint stability, trains core and balance, and helps with range of motion- all important parts of dancers’ athletic state!
It is my hope that my passion for life and fitness spills into my teaching and all my encounters with the dancers!
